This is a modern type futon, great for a small room. Clack design raises and lowers the back from couch to bed. The Microfiber upholstery is great for easy cleaning. I have had it since 2014 and it has been slept on 3 times only and is in excellent like new condition. I have cats so it has been covered since purchased. I am using the Amazon photos for reference.
