　　Dewey is a 17 year old male Yellow-naped Amazon who was relinquished to PEAC when his family of 17 years could no longer care for him.

　　Dewey is a gorgeous, funny, articulate fellow!

　　His vocabulary is very extensive, including several nursery rhyme songs, Good Morning! (sung in vibrato), you be good, Youre okay, whats for breakfast, "I Love You, Be Good!" and many others.

　　Dewey is very active and swings and plays with his foraging toys.

　　Although somewhat chubby at first, hes now down to a good weight at 550 gm with a daily measured portion of pellets, plenty of vegetables and increased activity level with pellets presented only in foraging toys.

　　Dewey prefers not to be touched and steps up readily on a stick for transport.
