Are you the one I'm looking for?
Coming to us as a stray, we dont know what Desirees background is, but we do know that whatever she has been through has left her a little timid around people.
This beautiful Tortie girl has none of the tortitude frequently associated with Tortoiseshell cats. She is quiet and gentle and loving. However, in the cat community room she will not seek people out or solicit attention. But when you go over to her and pet her she responds with a purrfect elevator butt and rolls and snuggles into your hand. This girl loves pets and cannot get enough of them! And soon you will be serenaded by her delicate purrs.
Desiree may not be the most outgoing cat, but she is one of the most affectionate ones and will make a cat savvy person a loving and devoted feline companion. Come in and meet her to see for yourself what a sweet girl she is
and what a great elevator butt she executes!
You can meet Desiree at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Desiree, you must first come in and meet her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or cat adoption applications may be completed online. A PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
