Derek is a 9 week old Shepherd/Boxer mix.

　　That is our best breed guess, but since don't actually know who the mom or dad were, there is no way to truly know.

　　Derek and his siblings do have super soft fur, and undertones of the Aussie multicolors that seem to be getting more defined each day.

　　Derek has the cutest Aussie spots on her ears!

　　Derek and his siblings were dumped at an overcrowded shelter in TX.

　　We were able to get them out of the shelter before their time was up and before they got sick.

　　They were immediately put into foster care and vetted.

　　Fast forward two weeks, these pups are now officially happy, healthy, and ready to find their forever homes!

　　Derek is the smartest, goofiest pup in his litter.

　　He has already learned how to use the dog door and loves to run in and out all day playing with the other dogs in the home.

　　He is a super loving dog and will absolutely when it's time to just chill, but if he has the option to play and be outside or hang out inside he will probably choose to go outside.

　　He is a very social dog and would do great in a home with another dog.

　　It's not necessary he goes to a home with another dog as long as his family has lots of time to spend with him and take him on lots of awesome adventures.

　　He would also love a family that will let him snuggle with them when hanging out.
