Selling my Depression Era Buffet as I'm relocating to Denver and will not have space for it. It's a lovely piece and was handed down to me by a family member from Michigan who likewise needed to scale down. I'm sad to let it go and wish it will discover a home where it's really valued. The drawers and cabinets were lined with cedar prior to I received it so it's excellent for the storage of table linens as well as supper and serving ware. The right-hand man cabinet cedar has come lose on one side, but can quickly be secured back (I didn't wish to meddle with it so as not to damage the piece's value). Besides that and a few kicks occasionally from moving it throughout the years, it's still in wonderful condition and has many long years of use in it. When I got the buffet in 2001, it was appraised at $1,200. Because it's been moved, the market has actually altered, and I will certainly be moving soon, I'm just asking $400 obo. If you have any additional questions or would such as to come take a look at it, email or text. I work nights primarily, so daytime, late night, or weekends are best.
