No musty odors as it has been in an air conditioned, non-smoking home. The condition is very good and functional, just a little dusty. There is a small crack in the plexiglass cover which is shown in detail in the photos. A bit of clear liquid glue might make it nearly invisible. Comes in the original box (but no manuals which are available online). The sound is great, but I no longer own vinyl!
