I have had this printer since 2006, but it is in AMAZING condition and still completely functional.

　　It is an All-in-One, so there are print, copy, fax, and scan capabilities.

　　All work perfectly fine. The digital screen also works fine.

　　External condition is great, though I did have to take off a few stickers with a razor blade so there may be some surface scratches.

　　Printer comes with power cord, USB connection cord, user manual, and installation CD.

　　I have a Mac and there is software online you can download to be able to connect the printer to your computer.

　　Someone did it for me but I am sure I could find out where on the web you could go to do it yourself.

　　Otherwise, it is compatible with all PCs (as far as I know).

　　Both black and color inks are brand new, though I have used the printer a few times since putting the inks in.

　　It is not at all a problem to find ink at Staples/Office Max, you do NOT need to go through Dell to purchase cartridges.

　　I will fill the paper draw with printer paper, and I have some picture quality paper I could include in the deal.

　　As you can see in one of the pictures, there are locations on the front side of the printer for an SD card, a CF/MD (whatever that is, I am not sure) and also a port for a USB drive.

　　You will need to pick-up/transport item yourself.
