My story

　　Hi my name is Delaney and I’m a very sociable and polite girl. I like other dogs and do well with boundaries; you could say that I’m well mannered with the other pups in the playard. I like to jump and say hello to the neighboring kennel dogs. Sometimes I let out a loud husky “awoooo” and get the whole kennel going. My caretakers just laugh, I have a way of making myself heard! I used to be a momma dog but now my pups are older and I’m a single mom looking for love. No really, if you were to come love on me I’d be a very happy girl. I would need a good sized yard with a tall fence, as I do have a lot of energy and like to jump.

　　All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. 

　　Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt. 

　　If you have already filled out an online adoption application with our organization in the last 6 months you do not need to fill out another application. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment.
