This is pretty much everything you need except water and a negative.
The enlarger is a dichroic color head which will give you fine adjustments for multi grade papers. It has light mixing boxes and neg carriers for 35mm and 120 (6x6)format films. It also has a color analyzer for producing repeatable results. The sink is commercially manufactured sink designed to be mounted in a counter top. The water panel is designed to maintain a constant water temp within ¼ degree with stainless steel filter housings.
I collected all this several years ago I haven't used it yet, so time to unload.
