Dar's story

　　Dar came to us as an affectionate community cat (an outdoor cat collectively cared for by a community) who was making it known she'd love to have a family to call her own. She's clearly enjoyed her time outside, but she has transitioned well to her indoor-only life at the shelter here and will need to stay indoors due to being FIV+. If you'd like to find out more about FIV, please ask a staff member! Or you can ask Dar, any of us will tell you it's really not a big deal ;) We think she could do well with just about any family. She'll come right up to you for attention, and will lead you to her food bowl so you can pet her while she eats (all her favorite activities at once!)
