Daniel's story

　　Hi friends! My name is Daniel and my foster family says I have the sweetest face theyve ever seen! I know theyve seen a lot of dogs, so I take this as a very high compliment. Did I mention I have an adorable underbite and that I love to give hugs? My foster mom says its the best! Now that weve established how cute I am, let me tell you a little about myself. Im a 9 month old Boxer mix and weigh around 45 lbs. I was very skinny when I left the shelter, so I still have a little weight to put on. But thats ok, because I love to eat! What else do I like, you ask? I love to play, explore, and be a goofball! Im still very much a puppy and curious about everything. I also love to chase birds and squirrels, so Id be super happy if my forever family has a big, secure, yard for me to run in. Im high energy and will need lots of play time and adventures. I love car rides and I get along great with my foster brother! I also love cats, but my foster family thinks I may love them too much.

　　I already know how to sit and walk like a gentleman on a leash. Im making progress on the rest of my manners, and I would be so happy if my forever family continues my training so I can be the best boy! Im about 80% house trained, but do well if I can go out to potty every couple of hours. I sleep good in my crate at night, and when my foster family isnt home. Im neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives, and heart worm negative.
