　　Dakota is a 5-month-old female Pointer mix. She was brought to PAHS by a neighbor when her family abandoned her. Dakota is white with big black markings; and she is a pretty girl. She weighs 26 pounds so we believe she will be a medium sized adult dog. Dakota is a typical puppy who loves life and everyone who is kind to her. She gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter and is good with children. Dakota is playful, active, and loves the great outdoors so she would appreciate a nice shady fenced yard where she could safely play. This is a good looking girl who is ready for family life and the sooner the better. Please consider giving a girl the best home she has ever had by adopting sweet Dakota.

　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $25. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
