A true concert instrument with tremendous power and projection, in excellent condition. Recently set up by Steve Ramos of Ramos Guitars. Resides in an excellent Cibeles caseFrom a recent correspondence with the luthier: From: Dake TraphagenSubject: Re: your guitar - B.R.C.C Special Edition 1994 Malaga This guitar is one of only about a dozen or so that I built this way. If it is in good condition then you have an excellent guitar. The guitar is Brazilian rosewood back and sides with a cedar top. What makes it unusual is that the radius in the top of this guitar is carved in, similar to a violin, rather than pressed in with the braces which is the most common way to get a radius.I made about 12 guitars this way and they were all a great success, especially after a year or two once they were played in. It was a tremendous amount of work to do it this way and fit the fan bars to the carved curve on the inside of the top, along with requiring much thick pieces of wood, so I have stopped doing it this way.Let me know if you have any further questions.Cheers,Dake
