My story

　　Daisy is a 7 year old, little 5lb Terrier mix. Daisy was in a home with 7 other dogs when her owner passed away. The family members left the 7 dogs in the home for 2 months. They would stop by and drop food and water off and leave again. After 2 months our rescue partners were notified and were able to step up and get the dogs into safe foster homes. They have now been in CO for over a week, are settling in, and ready to start the search for their forever homes. Daisy is the sweetest little thing. She is a little shy and nervous at first but warms up quickly. When she gets nervous she rolls on her back looking for some scratches before getting picked up...it's the cutest thing. Daisy loves snuggles more than anything else and wants nothing more than to be a lap dog. She will sit on everybody's lap and just looks up at you with those adorable big eyes. She seems to be potty trained and pretty smart. Leashes are new to her but she is learning them and loves adventuring outside in the back yard with her foster brother. Daisy would be the happiest little girl with a family who has lots of time to spend with her, isn't super chaotic, and just wants to snuggle and love all day every day.
