Daisy's story

　　Daisy was turned in to a high kill shelter by her owners, along with another small dog. The small dog was adopted right away but Daisy, because of her age, was overlooked. As soon as we heard about Daisy we jumped to rescue her. She is thought to be at least 12 but we are not sure on her exact age. She is definitely senior. She is also very overweight but otherwise appears in good health. She will be getting an exam and bloodwork at our vets prior to adoption.

　　Daisy is dog friendly and is a VERY sweet girl. She would love to spend her golden years in a happy home who will spoil and love her, and who will also help her lose a little of her extra weight to keep her healthy!
