　　MELVIN and MELANIE are approximately 5 year old (Jan. 2013) Dachshunds. Their owner left these sweet dogs in a crate by a busy road to fend for themselves during the middle of the night. MELVIN and MELANIE are very loving and friendly dogs who adore people and attention. They are best of friends and very dependent on each other. Because MELVIN and MELANIE love each other so much and have been together for so many years we feel it is best for them to be adopted together.
