CUTIE PIE's story

　　PICK UP ON W JOHNSON RD IN MOBILE ON 5/21/18.

　　Elizabeth Luckie adopted the animal on Saturday 6/9/18 and failed to pick up dog from the vet on Monday 6/11/18 as instructed. Note: Ms. Luckie called the shelter on Monday 6/11/18 and stated that she would not be able to pick up the dog until next week. I advised Ms. Luckie that she would have to make arrangements for boarding with the vet or elsewhere since the shelter does not board adopted animals due to space issues.

　　On 6/12/18 staff was called to pick up Cutie Pie from the Vet`s office because the owner did not come for the animal. On 6/13/18 I called Ms. Luckie and left a message on her voice mail for her to call me within the next 24 hours concerning Cutie Pie. I also advised her that Cutie Pie would be placed back in adoption after 24 hours if no contact is made - KLB 6/13/18.
