Designed fabric. One of a kind - designed and constructed by my fiance's mother and custom made for a client whose house she was decorating. Sold for $4000 7 years ago, mostly used for show. Has a 6-7" tear on main cushion to very right next to the arm (see pic) that happened during transport. Can be concealed with a throw over the arm or patched for permanent fix (I can recommend someone too).
