This was a custom kitchen I originally purchased as a display to use in my next home project. It has never had any actual use, and the sink and faucet are brand new. I intended to use it in our next home, but since our plans have changed and we might be making a bigger, longer distance move, I've decided to let it go instead of storing it for the future.
This is all very high quality cabinetry and counters with top to the line upgrades which would cost somewhere between $20,000-$25,000 if purchased through a cabinet shop or design center. I was planing on adding an island to it with a granite counter that would coordinate with the colors in the existing countertops, where I'd put the sink and bar stools around it. My cousin had done his kitchen with similar cabinetry, using the natural knotty Alder (such as these) along the walls and a black knotty Alder for the Island, which was my plan here as well - the combination of two colors has become very popular and the kitchen my cousin had is one of the nicest I have ever seen (and being in Real Estate and Remodeling, I've seen a considerable amount!)
The layout seen in the photo is how the cabinets are currently designed to be set up, with the idea of adding an island as I mentioned. However, It is also possible to rearrange the layout somewhat to change the position of the refrigerator, stove / oven, and oven cabinet as well. The openings for the refrigerator and stove / oven can also be adjusted by cutting the wood down, but are currently set up for a 42" built in sub zero type refrigerator, and a 48" stove / double oven. The oven / warming drawer cabinet I was going to use for a built in microwave and two warming drawers, but could also be used for a 30" separate oven and then have the stove / oven section set up as a stand alone cooktop by adding some doors or other storage underneath.
If you are interested in taking a look or would like some more photos and measurements, feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to show you or answer any questions I can. I'm slightly reluctant in letting this all go since it is all much higher quality than what you'd find in most homes and only rarely found even in custom homes over the 1 million dollar mark (sad to say I've seen many of those high end homes even with stapled cabinet drawers and the cheapest drawer glides on the market). So this is a great opportunity to get a kitchen the quality of which most would never pay the price for, at the price of a Home Depot set up.

PS: Sink and faucet are NOT currently for sale separately, they were purchased to go with the cabinets and counters, and I don't wish to separate in case I end up keeping the set to use at a later date. However, if someone should want only the cabinets first, that may change - but cabinets would have to sell first.
