Cruz's story

　　Meet Cruz, a handsome 4 month old Borador - lab/border collie mix. Cruz is a big friendly boy and will grow to be a large pup. This smart and active mix needs a family who will provide adequate mental and physical exercise, socialization and puppy training to help him continue to grow into happy and well mannered dog. Cruz will thrive in an active home with older children and a fenced yard for outside playtime.

　　Cruz loves his play time with his sister, Cookie (also adoptable), and is good with our older dogs. He would also do well as an only dog.

　　Cruz likes to spend his puppy chew time with a stuffed Kong or his Nyla bone. He loves working for treats and is very responsive to reward based training. Hes a smart boy and already knows how to sit and lay for a treat. Cruz is doing great loose leash walking and is looking forward to many walks with his new family.

　　Cruz is on schedule with potty training. He needs potty breaks every few hours to be accident free. Cruz sleeps through the night and enjoys napping quietly in his crate or on his dog bed.

　　Cruz has a soft, smooth medium length coat that hes happy to have petted. He has pretty white markings on his front and a big white tummy he loves to have rubbed.
