My story
Meet this very sweet, calm little boy named Cowboy! He came to the shelter as a lost little boy on 12/4 after getting lost on an adventure. Just look at those beautiful eyes. They are absolutely stunning, He is just cutest little chunky monkey! Cowboy is just 2 years old and weighs 53 lbs. He's quiet in his run and keeps his kennel as clean as much as he can. He is a pretty smart cookie as he knows the command of sit so well especially for treats. He loves his chicken treats! He thinks they are the absolute rave! Please take some time and come visit this gentle angel and see what he is all about.! Cowboy would love to be apart of your family for Christmas and every day afterwards!!
Cowboy is current on vaccines and neutered; he will be micro chipped and heart wormed tested upon his adoption. He will be happily waiting for you in Run 53 and his ID is 652227.
Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
This pet and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770)
for more information. Shelter hours are: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only until further notice, CLOSED Mondays & Holidays.
The shelter prefers people to make an appointment, go to - https://nqa3.nemoqappointment.com/Booking/Booking/Index/as65fg9dr953 and select Adoption. But you can also just show up between 10:30 and 4:00 Tues. through Sun. (shelter closes at 4:30), you might have to wait a few minutes until someone can help you. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip for permanent identification. When you do book an appointment, keep in mind it doesn't reserve a particular pet for you. Thank you for considering a Cobb pet!
If you have any questions or would like to adopt COWBOY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
