　　The couch is very nice but does have 2 rips that can easily be fixed.. The only reason we don't just fix it and keep both couches is because we are wanting to clear up space and one of these couches looks plain without the other. Also, we are really wanting a leather couch because we are about to have a baby and leather is easier to clean. The sleeper love seat has only been slept on a few times when we first moved into our apartment.
