These were a gift to me at the begining of this year. I've used them a total of five times. They're too big for my face and don't stay on my nose. They are Tortoise Frames that are spring hinged with the Green Mirror Glass Lens. I am not sure whether or not they are 400 or 580 Lens. I do not have the case either.
