Cookie's story

　　> Cookie is a well mannered 4 month old cutie pie who will greet you with lots of happy tail wags.

　　> Cookie is friendly, attentive and loves her rewards of treats and pets, traits of a highly trainable dog. She already knows sit, down and to go to her mat for a treat.

　　> For a puppy, Cookie is doing amazing with keeping four-on-the-floor even with our 6 year old. She sits patiently for treats and is relaxed in her crate. Cookie is past the nippy stage and does her puppy chewing on appropriate things. Her favorites are her stuffed dragon and an elk antler. Cookie is right on schedule with potty training. She sleeps through the night and pottys first thing in the morning. She has been reliable to do her business outside when given potty outings every few hours. Cookie is doing great with loose leash walking and dreams of lots of pleasant walks with her future family.

　　> Cookie is playful but respectful with our younger and old mid-size dogs. She loves romping with her brother, Cruz (also adoptable). She would enjoy a doggy playmate but would do well as an only dog. She is also good with older children.

　　> Cookie looks to be a Bordador - Lab and border collie mix - and will likely grow to around 50-60lb. She has a soft and smooth medium length coat that feels great to run your fingers through. She has pretty white markings on her front and a white tummy she loves to have rubbed.

　　> Cookie has a calm energy for this mix but still needs a companion who will provide adequate mental and physical exercise and socialization to help her be a happy and well mannered dog. Cookie needs a home with fenced back yard for outdoor playtime.
