Conservate Trumpet in Case W/Extras.

　　Vintage Conservate trumpet, comes with a cleaning kit and mouthpiece and Vintage Carrying case.

　　Trumpet will probably need some tuning and shows signs of age and wear and it possibly appears like one of the mother of pearl finger pieces have been replaced it doesn't quite match the other two.
