This is one of my best sounding guitar and least expensive guitar that I own. Sometimes it makes me mad because sometimes it sounds better than some really top quality Japanese guitars I own. But I also own the Conn c-300 and 14 more guitars and they just don't fit under the bed anymore. The guitar looks like it had a neck reset from some tele-tale signs but if true it was a great job. The action is lower than most acoustic and electric guitars so it is a joy to play for a beginner. The bridge can be lower a lot more but at the risk of buzzing. The tuners are new too. It looks played but well care for. This one was made in 1971, I think the first year they were made, but don't hold me to that. You can tell it was an earlier model by the beautiful grain on the wood. This guitar has very few dings on it, as I said, very well taken care of for a guitar that just celebrated its 51st birthday. If you are looking for a great sounding and great looking guitar that can take rough treatment (university dorm life, outdoor gigs, etc.) and won't break the bank this is the guitar you are looking for. The strings are rather new so the guitar is ready to play right out of the box. Free shipping to the lower 48 states.
