Here's a good deal.  You'll have fun with this pre-owned Conn 88H F-trigger trombone with an 8 1/2-inch rose bell and a string linkage.  The serial number is 493xxx.  On the bell it reads "Conn 88H U.S.A."  Well made, it has; slick slide, free moving tuning slides, 8 1/2" bell, string linkage, no big dents, 90% of its original finish, mouthpiece and a nice heavy duty case.  It has scratches, a ding here and there, a 1/4" worn spot on the inner slide plate and the wear of an instrument that's been played but all-in-all looks solid and would detail nicely. (see pics)  Me?  I'm not a store/repairman.  Buy accordingly.  Looking for instruments and getting them into the hands of players is a hobby of mine.  I've come across a few of these in the past and they are well-liked.  I'm not a trombone player but can get a nice sound out of it and, as is, would be good enough for me.  That said, since whoever buys this will probably be an advanced player, I'm sure you'll want to have your tech give it a complete/thorough going over/give the works...and am selling as such.  No question, a skilled hand could make it sing.  Get it mint and swing.  Again, it sounds cool.  I'm proud to offer it and you'll be proud to own it.  Thanks for your interest and best of luck.
