Coco's story

　　This is the Southwest corner of Iliff and Buckley - the corner with Burger King and the Money Tree. Look for our signs out on the sidewalk in front of our new place. We are right next to the groomer.

　　Her name is Coco. She is 3 will be 4 in July, she is about 45lbs. She is trained with basic commands like sit, stay, leave it, drop it, is trained to wait on command to eat(sit, stay/leave it, ok go get it), high five, and also loves doing the trick where we put something on her snout and she leaves it until we tell her to get it and flips it into her mouth which is pretty awesome! The only thing we weren't able to kick as a puppy was her jumping up when greeting because she usually gets excited. She is good with kids we have 3 but when excited can be a little rough. She is UTD on shots, spayed, and micro shipped. She is good with other dogs never had an issue. Overall healthy and is pretty active. Never been around cats. Her favorite things include chasing after squirrels, chew toys, and a good belly rub. She is kennel trained so she does sleep in her kennel as well as when we're away. We don't mind providing her kennel and bed for her new home.

　　ABOUT ADOPTING FROM CPR: Adopters must be 21 years of age or older. Our puppies are only available at our adoption events. CPR does not reserve or take requests. Due to our limited foster homes, we cannot hold puppies for anyone nor can we board puppies after being adopted. Because of the overwhelming demands on our foster homes, all adoptions must be done on a first-signed up, first-served basis. Online signup will be available at 12:01am on adoption day until 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, at which time sign up will begin in person at The Hopeful Hound adoption center. Sign up online HERE. A personal visit to our adoption event is required. We do not ship out of state.
