　　Peanut was found in horrible condition at the shelter- filthy, matted and infested with fleas. After a good grooming we found an amazing little guy under all that hair! Peanut is loving and forms a strong bond with his human. He can become over protective of his owner and needs a confident pack leader. Due to his protective nature, Peanut would do best in a home without children. Peanut has sadly had several biting incidents when people enter his territory. He needs a dog savvy person willing to do training with him. He has a bit of a wobble when he walks due to slight hip dysplasia so he would not do good hiking, but he has no problem jumping off the couch or going for long walks. With his adorable underbite and crooked smile, Peanut is sure to win your heart! Peanut is 5 years old and weighs 22 lbs.
