　　EXTERIOR: 31-1/2 ft., exterior shines nice, colors all look great. Center entry door with separate screen door, electric entry step, access handle, porch light. Large porch awning by A&E Systems, plenty of exterior storage compartments, roof access ladder in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, rear view camera, large rear window. Easy generator access. 　　ENTRY: A good looking Class A Motor Home! To enter motor home one electric step and two inside steps with switches to the left: Entry Light, Patio Light, Power Stop and Battery Disconnect. Above Entry Clock and Coat Hangers.

　　COCKPIT: Cockpit features two leather captain seats in great condition. To the left of Passenger Seat is a window and privacy curtain tucked behind chair, that when pulled out will extend over side window and to the double windshield. In front of Passenger Seat vents and glove compartment. To the left of the Driver Side is a window and privacy curtain tucked behind chair that when pulled out will extend over side window and to the double windshield. In Dash: Battery Switch, Mirror controls, Lights, A/C & Heat, AM/FM/Cassette Stereo, AM/FM/CD Stereo, 12 Volt. Tilt wheel Steering wheel with Cruise Control, Horn, Windshield, ext. Gauges: Odometer, Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel, Temp Oil, Battery. Between the Passenger and Driver on the floor is console with two cup holders and three 12 Volts plugs. Above Cockpit mounted above driver to the left is a Voyager Rear Monitor. Both Driver and Passenger have sun visors, storage cabinets and speakers above them on each side. Between Driver and Passenger above center console is a Sylvana Television that easily viewed from Living & Dining Area.

　　LIVING AREA: Living Area features Upholstered Sofa that is in great condition with nice pattern that looks great in the Motor Home. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper. Behind sofa is a window with pull down blinds and decorative valance. Dome Light and two double door cabinets directly above the sofa. Paper towel holder to left above sofa. Decorative light fixture mounted on wall. Across from the sofa upholstered chair in great condition. Behind chair a window with cloth blinds and decorative valance. Carpeted living area in good condition. Above on ceiling dome light, antenna crank, smoke detector and Dometic Air Conditioner. Some manuals to come with this motor home on display in picture on sofa.

　　DINNING AREA: Dinning Area features Bench Style Dinette with matching upholstered bench seats that are in good condition. Table that matches counter tops that have two built in cup holders. Table is easy to take down so dinette can be converted into sleeper. Behind table is a window with pull down cloth blinds and decorative valance. Above dinette decorative light fixture phone jack, outlets and two wood storage cabinets. On back wall beautiful decorative mirror.

　　KITCHEN AREA: Kitchen features laminate counter tops in good condition and beautiful wood cabinets. Stainless Dual Sink with plastic cutting board covers. Below sink three pull out drawers, one double door cabinet and outlet. Behind sink window with mini blinds that extends the length of kitchen back wall. Above sink dome light and double door cabinet. To left of sink a Magic Chef Oven with 3-Burner Gas Stove Top. Above stove Dometic Microwave with vent and light. Next to stove Dometic wood faced Refrigerator/Freezer. Underneath Refrigerator is Motor Home Breakers. On bottom of back wall of kitchen is LP Detector and at about eye level on back wall is Duo Therm Thermostat.

　　HALLWAY/BATHROOM AREA: Hallway features double door mirrored closet with two drawers underneath. Across from closet on hallway wall is an AudioVox two way radio charger, light switch and RV controls. A privacy screen at entry of hallway and at exit. Enclosed shower with skylight. Wood door leads to private bathroom that features Toilet, single sink with one double door cabinet, TP Holder and one drawer underneath. Above sink area is large mirror and to the left of mirror is two storage cabinets. Above toilet one storage cabinet. On ceiling vent and dome light.

　　REAR BEDROOM: Bedroom features queen sized bed with mattress. Nightstands on both sides of bed, both with one pull out drawer underneath, outlet and one cabinet above. At head of bed one window behind it with cloth pull down blinds and decorative valance. Directly above two dome lights and two cabinets. Each side of bedroom has a window with cloth pull down blinds and decorative valance the right window is labeled emergency exit. Wall in front of foot of bed has outlets, mirror and carbon monoxide detector. Above ceiling dome light and vents.

　　SUMMARY: This is a very nice coach. Very clean inside and out. It starts, runs and drives as it should. Interior is very clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind.Carpet in cockpit, living and bedroom showing only slight wear in overall good condition. Vinyl flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in very good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes as any used motor home. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly and look very good. Vinyl padded dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield has some rock chips. All other windows are good. Everything else we checked and/or tested at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry steps, roof air conditioning, water pump, LP leak detectors, range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radios, television, lights and markers, rear view camera and monitor and generator.
