Chloe was an only cat whose owner died.
She was going to be put down as the children did not want her.
She is a beautiful cat and is adjusting to a new home and other cats.
There's no fighting and she is doing remarkably well considering all of the changes that she has gone through in such a short time.
She is affectionate and is allowing some brushing and combing of her fur which had mats. I believe that her owner was too ill to groom her.
She was also not being fed very good food, and her fur is not as nice as it will be,
now that she is eating a much higher end diet.
The better they are fed the better their health and their fur will reflect their good diet.
She was just given an exam and rabies and distemper shots and was retested for aids and leukemia.....She is positive for aids but since that is not an issue, she is with the resident cats with no fears or concerns.
She is a spayed female and the vet places her age to be about 10 years old.
We believe that she would be very happy in a home that is much like the one she just lost......an only cat with an owner she can call her own.
So if you are alone and are looking for a companion to love and keep you company this is the gal for you......we are grooming her and feeding her well and are committed to seeing her happy and beautiful again...Please contact [email protected] for an application or you can get one online at Catadoptionri.org.
