　　We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) is in good condition before it is shipped out. When you receive the guitar, if you meet some problems like readjustment the strings or you are not happy with our guitar, please let me know immediately and we will try our best to meet you satisfaction.

　　CUSTOMIZED CENTER

　　Head stocks are not pictured per our policy. Custom Head stocks are available upon request from our factory custom shop. Please contact us for details. All customized products are non-returnable.

　　CUSTOM DUTY

　　Our price does not include the customs duties. But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you can pay little or no customs duties. You have to consult your local customs about the customs duties before you purchase the product. If you do not want to pay the customs duties and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs. 

　　SHIPPING

　　Goods shipped from the US generally arrive in 1-10 days. We shipped by USPS and China Post. We will provide a tracking number to you and you can monitor the shipping progress in the website conveniently.

　　USA delivery time: usually 1-4 weeks (excluding customs, affected by the epidemic, the time may be delayed).

　　PACKING

　　We use the carton which is designed for the International transport to package the products you ordered. And we can guarantee the items will not be damaged in the way of transportation. 

　　RETURN POLICY

　　If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact me immediately and return it within 3 days after you receive the original or approved packaging. After receipt, we will give you a full refund or exchange. If it is because you do not like the buyer to return the goods, the buyer is required to be responsible for the return shopping expenses. If you want to replace it, we will send you a new one and then forward the shipping label. For lost or replaced parts (from the original order), we will ship them to you.
