Clarissa's story

　　This gorgeous little baby is Clarissa. She is about 10-11 weeks old and weighs about 12 lbs. We are guessing that she is a pointer mix because not only does she have beautiful black markings, but she also has spots all over. Pointers are some of the most gentle, loving dogs and she is definitely loving and affectionate. We suspect that she might also have a little bit of beagle because her legs seems to be a little shorter, but whatever she is, she is 100% lovable! This little sweetheart loves her people and wants to follow her foster parents around everywhere

　　she will also come and lay at our feet while we are on the computer. Clarissa loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home and would love to have a friendly fur buddy that will tolerate a young puppy. Clarissa also loves playing with her toys

　　she will collect them at night and take them into her kennel- and she loves treats!! She sleeps in her kennel at night and we dont hear a peep from her until we get up in the morning. She is such a good puppy! She reminds me of the Pokey little puppy because she is so joyful and playful. She loves going outside to play with the other dogs and will bounce around and roll in the grass

　　it is so cute. She will run up to the other dogs and do the playful puppy bow and try to entice the others to play with her. Clarissa is doing good with potty training and will also use puppy pads inside. Clarissa is so loving and would make a great family pet. She would do well with children who are a little older that have gentle hands and are respectful of young animals. Clarissa is looking for a family to call her own. 　　Before being adopted, all our puppies are spayed/neutered, dewormed, receive age appropriate shots and are microchipped. They are also current on heart worm and parasite preventatives.
