Cira's story

　　Her story is remarkable, it will shock you to know at one point this beautiful beauty lived in the desert with only being fed scraps from locals for 5 years. Many of those locals would take her puppies and just leaving her behind. One young local, noticed her health deteriorating and decided to take matters into their own hands and reach out for help. After many attempts from other rescue groups and people chasing her to try and catch her. A rescue named HARTT was contacted to humanely trap her, with success, Lucky Dog was happy to support her with a foster ready with open arms.

　　She was placed into that foster where she began to learn to trust, socialize and love. It has been a year and she has come so far from being on her own in the desert. We believe, she must go to a home with other dogs, a family who will show her patience, love and treats. She would love to go into a home with another dog so that she can continue to build trust and confidence.

　　She is very sweet and loves walks. Her favorite things to do are sitting on the couch next to you and sleep. She loves to sun bathe and enjoys playing with other dogs. She would love to go on hikes whenever possible and watch the sunset with you! She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed!
