I am tossing the idea around of having one milk goat around for personal use. I have a good dairy background and so have a good idea of the ideal milk goat and am looking to trade a pure bred Navajo Churro ewe lamb or mature ewe for like kind milk goat. I am a serious breeder with well bred high quality animals running color, white and meat lines. I am active in the Navajo Churro Sheep Association and show my sheep and fleeces when I can. Looking for this same kind of goat breeder to trade with so that we can trade a breeding every year with each other's ram and billy. Would like a breeder somewhat close so exchanging a breeding isn't a 2 hour drive. I'd like a Nubian as I am interested in the milk fat, but will look at other breeds. I will have lambs available for a new home starting at the end of June and then again in August. I will have a mature ewe ready come end of August and she will be ready for breeding in the fall and would then lamb in the spring. Contact me if you have questions or are interested. Call or email.
