Chloe's story

　　Shes got style, shes got grace

　　Chloe is a lovely Torbie cat with an affectionate and loving personality. Chloe and her feline companion Roxy were relinquished to the Coronado Animal Care Facility the day before the 4th of July Holiday by their owner who was moving and not taking these precious girls with him.

　　The girls were a bit confused and scared at first having lost their human and their home and being thrust into a foreign environment with unfamiliar smells, sounds and people. But with the TLC of staff and volunteers they soon realized that they were with people who cared about them.

　　Chloe has really come into her own and comes right up to anyone who goes into her cat community room. She makes a beeline for visitors, meowing a soft hello and soliciting pets. She is an interactive girl who looks you right in the eye to let you know you are important to her.

　　Chloe has a youthfulness that belies her 12 years of age. She is energetic, playful and spry can be seen hoping from one level to another in the cat room. If she is up on one of the perches, she will come down and give you a head butt to say hello before she comes down all the way to interact with you.

　　Chloe indeed has it all

　　You can meet Chloe at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

　　If you are interested in adopting Chloe you must first come in and meet him. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or cat adoption applications may be completed online. A PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
