Chip is a 2 year old male wire-hair terrier mix. He is a sweet but very scared little guy. He came to the shelter as a stray and is just not sure about this big scary world. Hes scared of being picked up or walking on a leash, but if you give him a chance to trust you he will snuggle on your lap and give you kisses and follow you around all day. 　　Our dog adoption fees range from $150-$240 depending on the dog's age, and our cat fees range from $45-120.
