Chihuahua - Winnie - Small - Young - Female - Dog

　　Winnie is a tan and black female RatChi, or Rat terrier Chihuahua blend girl about a year old. She weighs 18 lbs. and is fully grown, so she meets the size restrictions on some rentals. She appears to be housebroken and she will not eat anything in the morning until she goes out to potty first. She is energetic in her cage and barks to get out, which may cause some people to hesitate; but once she does get out, she gives great kisses and loves to play. She will run after a tennis ball, but hasnt figured it out yet that shes supposed to bring it back!
