　　Tulip was picked up by Animal Control as a stray dog and was pretty traumatized by the experience. Since transferring here she has improved a little bit each day, but is still regaining her trust and confidence. She will want a home that will be sensitive to her demure nature and not force interaction with her. Given enough time to get comfortable she will solicit attention and show you her playful and cuddly sides.
