Chihuahua - Trinity - Small - Adult - Female - Dog

　　TRINITY

　　Trinity came to us as a stray. She is about 4 years old, and weighs around 4 pounds. She had a lot of health issues when we got her. She was covered ticks, had a luxating patella, and needed dental care. She had almost no hair and was very skinny. Trinity is now on the mend. She is healing nicely from her knee surgery, her teeth are clean and free from infection. She has grown back a lot of hair, but Trinity may be a mix of Chihuahua and Mexican Hairless or Chinese Crested. She needs a sweater in cold weather and can not spend long periods of time outside. She is very sweet and smart. She will use a potty pad but prefers for you to open the door to let her out. She doesn't do well in a kennel, but will do great snuggling in bed with you! She likes to be in the same room as you, but doesn't necessarily have to be in your lap. She would do well as the only dog, but would be ok with another small dog or two. She pretty much ignores the cat. Trinity is a delicate little girl, and will not be placed in a home with young children or larger dogs.
