Chihuahua - Rigley - Small - Young - Female - Dog
RIGLEY
Rigley is a larger short-hair, cream Chihuahua mix female about 10-12 pounds with an estimated age of 1 year.
Rigley was dumped at a local rescue by someone claiming she had been a stray. Since the "finders" refused to donate the minimal stray surrender donation and ran away, it left the rescue to believe she probably was their own dog.
Rigley is a friendly, extremely quiet dog who immediately climbed into the staff's arms. She has shown absolutely NO aggression to other animals at all. We have never heard her bark and she is fabulous with children and adults. She doesn't seem to have any of the normal stranger timidity of a chihuahua nor any territorial issues. She seems to have been made to stay outside as she is reluctant to come inside when the door is open.
She also seems to have missed out on being loved as she adores affection and seems SO grateful to receive any attention at all. She has been, spayed, wormed, vaccinated and microchipped.
She is doing great on housebreaking and is very good about letting you know when she needs to go out, although we do expect she will have some accidents in a new home until she gets used to your schedule.
She is playful and spunky but not pushy, has no dominance issues and is just a little lovebug. Shame on the people who dumped her, but her new adopters will be delighted and tickled with this four legged addition to their home!
Her adoption fee is $200.
