　　Jasper is a shy, sweet dog a little unsure about life in a shelter. He is seeking a patient and understanding owner who can gradually show him that the world isn't such a scary place. Jasper loves small dogs and needs a home with another well matched canine friend. Jasper has been in foster with a shelter employee and has made considerable progress in meeting new people and going new places with the help of her dog to give him confidence. He can likely live with a cat with a proper introduction. Jasper is very affectionate and loves to cuddle and have his neck scratched. A quieter home environment is best and children will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Once Jasper is comfortable in his new home, signing up for a Small Dog class would be a great way to teach him some new tricks.
