Chihuahua - Half Pint - Small - Adult - Female - Dog

　　**SPECIAL NEEDS**

　　DOB: 2006

　　Very rare little girl. Half Pint is a 1.7 lbs Mexican Hairless. She will need a home that someone is home 90% of the time. Her food intake must be watched as she gets low blood sugar and can crash (which means seizure type movements and can die if not treated right - Food mixed with kyro syrup must be feed to her ASAP). She eats 2 to 3 good meals a day. This is to make sure her sugar level stays up.

　　She does require a bath once every two weeks to keep her skin clean and then moisturized. I use udder cream and it works great purchased at wal-mart.

　　You have to make sure she does not get black heads. If she does they need to be extracted and put medication on them to keep them from getting infected. You can't let her skin dry out or it'll crack/bleed and can become painful for her.

　　She came to us from a hoarder situation. She is very sweet and loving and does like to talk. Loves to be with you on the couch when you watch tv. Otherwise she likes to hide in the doggie bed under the blankets.

　　She stays in a x-pen when I can not watch her or when I run to town. She does not walk on leash and only potty trained to x-pen at this time. She will not be adopted out to a home with kids under 16 yrs. old.
