Chihuahua - Deanie - Small - Young - Female - Dog
Poor little Deanie was found wandering around a busy parking lot at Citadel Outlets with two other dogs (possibly abandoned there) with no ID tags or microchip. A nice lady spotted them but could only catch Deanie, while the other two dogs ran off. Deanie is a small and gentle girl, about 1.5 years old and 6 lbs, She loves to curl up in your lap, lay by your feet, melt in your arms, or snuggle on couch. She bonds quickly with people and appears to acclimate well in most homes. Deanie is friendly with other dogs and cats; she can either play or sleep calmly next to them. She is okay with cats. She is a great on the leash and when she walks, it appears likes she's trotting (like a little horse). She is semi-potty trained and her foster mom says she is picking it up quickly. At bedtime, she hops right into bed and prefers to be underneath the covers, where she sleeps soundly all through the night. Deanie will make a wonderful companion and good addition to a home with other furry friends. Her foster other said "she is like butter." :) **** Check out Deanie's video! **** Deanie will be attending our adoption fairs after she gets spayed.
