　　Meet Bergenne, a cute little 8lb, 5 yr old, long-legged white Chihuahua mix with tan markings and beautiful ears. She is very friendly and great with new people. She is very calm and will sit or lay patient comfortably. She loves rolling on her back when she is happy or playing all by herself. She will cuddle in the bed with you, give you a kiss, and loves being under the covers. Bergenne has a history of seizures. They have come under control with a calm, cool, indoor environment, healthy foods, medicine and specific supplements. She would do well with someone who understands healthy living and nutrition for special needs dogs and can provide a calm home environment to treat her like a princess. She does not handle stressful situations well but loves to go places, on walks and visiting your human friends. She must be kept on leash in outdoor situations. She needs comforts, patience and love to not have potty accidents or seizure episodes - pads and doggie door are understood. She does not care for cats. Up to date on vaccines spayed and micro chipped. Owner can consider a waiver of any vaccines due to her medical condition. Adoption fee $175

　　All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such these individuals are most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog. We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information.

　　All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and up to date on shots. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog is a fit for your family. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog. Please note that an approved application DOES NOT guarantee that the dog will be placed with you. The final decision rests with our fosters as they know the dogs the best, and please be aware that there may be other applicants interested in the same dog. We continue accepting applications on a dog until the dog is with the new adoptive family in their home.
