My story

　　You’ll fall in love with this underbite!Howdy, y’all!  My name is Chickpea, and I’m a 2-year-old Terrier mix, weighing in at 48 pounds.  I’m a food-motivated gal, and I aim to please.  I’m almost completely potty-trained, and I’ve already mastered crate training.  My health is in tip-top shape, and I’m scheduled to be spayed. My foster mama says I’m a sweet and goofy couch potato.  But even though I love to be mellow and enjoy cuddling while you read a book or watch TV, I’m also game for any adventure! I especially enjoy walks, hikes, and playing with doggie friends.   My other favorite activities are meal times and getting treats.  I’d also like to add that there isn’t a mean bone in my body.  I get along with all doggies, and I adore children.  However, I do have a tendency to chase cats, but, can you blame me?  I have a heart of gold, and my furever family would be one who can handle all the love I have to give.  Because I love hooman company, I would also prefer someone who works from home so that I’m not alone all day.  Do I sound like the pup for you?  If so, let’s meet!
