This is a wood mounted stamp. The rubber looks as though it has never been used, but someone used a marker to possibly mark out their name on the sides of the wood mount. The stamp measures 3x 3".

　　The Cherished Teddies line was put out by Stampendous years ago and has since been discontinued. I don't believe they are being sold anywhere anymore which makes this a rare find at a good price.
