Cheeky's story

　　Cheeky was turned in by her owners when she was about 11 years old. She had bonded with the grandmother in the household for all her life, but now found herself homeless due to the family's changed circumstances. Cheeky is a scared little old dog and has found it difficult to adjust to life without her one human she bonded with most. But she is learning to trust again in foster care! She does get along great with other dogs and will warm up to a new family slowly. She would do best in a home without small children, as she doesn't like to be grabbed or touched in abrupt ways. She would love to live out her golden years in a home with other dogs and with some gentle kind humans!
