Please meet Cheddarbug (FCID# 01/16/2018 - 401)! Cheddarbug is an orange tabby male approximately 5 years old who was left by a previous owner to fend for himself in a feral colony in NJ. Although he initially seemed lost and confused, he quickly bonded with an older female in the colony who took him under her wing! He is very vocal and enjoys being pet but not picked up. He seems to bond well with other cats after a slow introduction. Due to habitat loss, he is now living in foster care. Cheddar has a clean bill of health, is neutered, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. He is also fully litterbox trained and is once again living life indoors. He is a shy, affectionate boy, who would do best in a quiet home with no dogs and with a slow introduction to an existing cat, and with a human companion who would patiently allow his personality to blossom. He could also be a perfect cat for a horse farm where he would have access to shelter, regular food and water and other cats.
