Offering Bike! I began with a frame and planned on constructing the bike but I just don't have the cash to purchase parts for it. The parts on it now are mix matched from other bikes I've had, however the frame is Free Agent. I intended on repainting the bike so I stripped the frame of paint, however yet again I can not afford to repaint it. I don't have the tools for it so some parts on the bike are loose (Handle Bars and Cranks, to my knowledge). The back rim is also rather bent however not a barrier to riding. If you are looking to develop one, it's a great starter bike. 50$ strong, trades considered.
